About XOLARIS Group
The XOLARIS Group, founded in 2010, is the first legally independent full-service provider for fund initiators of real asset investments in Europe and Asia. The group of companies includes two AIFMs based in Liechtenstein and Munich, which cover the asset classes of private equity, real estate, shipping and renewable energies. They are responsible for all regulatory tasks and the AIFMD-compliant management of alternative investment funds. International investment structures based on European capital market standards are also offered through branches in France, Hong Kong and Singapore. Other units of the group offer services ranging from advice on issuance, structuring and fund distribution as well as fund accounting and the administration of alternative investment funds and other real asset investments. As a legally independent service provider for the conception, administration and management of alternative investments, the XOLARIS Group sees itself as an “enabler” for fund initiators, asset managers and investors.
The challenges for institutional investors in asset management are constantly increasing. In an environment of low interest rates with steadily rising inflation, it is becoming increasingly difficult to find lucrative investments. The high volatility on the stock and bond markets also requires asset classes that have low correlations. The price squeeze in residential and commercial real estate continues: Plannable returns and availability of new investment opportunities are rare!
What alternatives does the overall market offer? As you can see from the news, the global economy is increasingly heading for structural bottlenecks in supply chain management. Many manufacturers and producers are facing major challenges in sourcing materials, production stoppages are piling up. Empty shelves and hoarding purchases could perhaps become part of everyday life again. So what about the billion-dollar industry of infrastructure – logistics as an asset class?
We would like to invite you to our Finance After Work on 9 December 2021 at 5 p.m., which will feature a presentation on “The importance of logistics in the infrastructure asset class”. It is a joint exchange in an exclusive setting. We cordially invite you to the event with a North German (evening) snack in the salon of the Marriott Hotel, ABC-Strasse 52 in 20354 Hamburg.
Get detailed insights into the world of logistics infrastructure and standardised goods transport from the managing directors Marc Schumann and Andre Wreth of the logistics specialist Solvium Capital in a relaxed atmosphere. Into an industry that moves 90% of all goods worldwide and thus represents a significant factor in globalisation. There will also be plenty of time for exchanging ideas and networking with peers.
