The new asset class for “student housing”.

With the real estate fund “edira Campus one”, the edira Group is for the first time launching a closed-end public AIF that combines the development and operation of student apartment buildings with a short term of only five years. The target volume of the fund is EUR 20 million, with a planned total return of 147.5% on the subscription amount excluding the premium.
